In stock inventories are ship within 3-5 business days via US Postal Service unless a different method is arranged.
Please allow 12-16 weeks for personalized models delivery. In the event you received a broken model due to shipping damaged, please call 817-624-2320 for disposition.

Returns/Exchange
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the model, simply return the product in its original box and packaging for repair or replacement. Refunds/Cancellations are based on our guaranteed policy.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 15 days from the date of order. Cancellation of custom orders after 15 days will be charged a fee of $50.00. This fee covers the service charge incurred in the shipping of order request and initial production process of your order.
Our models are guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied simply return within 30 days for exchange or a refund of the purchase price, less shipping cost.
Take note that your personalized models are orders built according to your specification and results will be as good as the information you have provided at the time of order. Adequate information/references must be supplied, they must be readable, and photos must show closeup of details to be able to replicate.
This guarantee does not cover replicas produced under “artist interpretation”, orders with inadequate information, or any model returned in damaged condition. Any cancellation of custom works will result in a cancellation fee.
Shipping/Handling costs is not refundable.
